Ellen Stotland

Ellen is a graduate of McGill University and has 20 years of technology related experience including 9 years with IBM Canada.

Ellen has held roles that include Project Director, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Package Implementation Specialist and Business Process Consultant.  Ellen truly gets IT. She has "been there and done that". 

Ellen excels in developing and maintaining strong relationships.  Ellen treats each search like a project.  She understands the requirements, applies a methodology, communicates, communicates, communicates and delivers.  She specializes in placing intermediate, senior, and management level Information Technology professionals in Calgary.

Denise Richards

Denise is a B.Comm graduate from the University of Calgary and has spent the last 8 years as an IT Recruiter in Calgary.  

She brings 20 years experience in accounting, systems operations, and telecommunications with Lucent Technologies, Procter & Gamble, and Xerox. 

Denise has a strong background and network in the Calgary IT marketplace.  She has worked with most of the key players in Oil & Gas, High Tech, Consulting, and the Small Medium Business (SMB) marketplace.  Denise is serious about recruiting, but likes to inject fun into the day.  She has a passion for technology and enjoys interviewing the leading experts in their field. 

Michelle Cariou

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with 12 years of IT recruitment experience within the Calgary marketplace. 

She has spent most of her career working for a national recruiting firm, but has also worked in-house as the Lead Recruiter for a consulting company.  

With Meritas, Michelle’s exclusive focus is the screening and interview process.  She has a knack for asking the right questions, and always comes away from an interview with a clear sense of the best next step in any career.
